AWESOME!!!!
i've lost some weight aft doing my weekly runs. best ah sia. though it's nt alot, bt still it's a motivation that will keep me going. to cntinue the workout. and soon, i'll be able to lose more weight before raya. that's what im rly hoping for. more pounds to lose. yes yes, JIAYOU!
